Lucy Walsh-Waring

Lucy Walsh Waring is a senior advisor in governance at RSAcademics Limited, an educational consultancy firm. She is a court member of the Mercers’ Company and a governor at Peter Symonds College. She is also a director of the Mercers Company Housing Association.

Lucy has a legal background, having qualified as a solicitor with Allen & Overy, and specialised in company/commercial law. She has spent many years as a governor in the independent school sector, as well as sitting on the boards of a number of charities. She also sits on the board of Esroe Limited, a technology start up, which is a spin out from the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory.

Lucy holds a qualification in corporate governance from INSEAD
