Margaret Willes
Margaret Willes is the former publisher at The National Trust. Educated at Oxford University, she spent her career in book publishing before taking up writing full time. Her books include Pick of the Bunch: The Story of Twelve Treasured Flowers and The Making of the English Gardener: Plants, Books and Inspiration 1560-1660. Her most recent book, The Curious World of Samuel Pepys and John Evelyn, celebrate the friendship and lives of two of Britain's most famous diarists.
