Professor Richard Templer FRSC

Professor Templer is both the Hofmann Professor of Chemistry, Director of Innovation at the Grantham Institute for Climate Change and the Director of Climate-KIC UK. He is a physicist by training, but works on the behaviour, at the molecular level of biological systems. It is these latter interests that have drawn him into the climate change innovation arena. During the bid process he was in charge of producing the education component of Climate-KIC.  He has been interested in innovative approaches to postgraduate education and training for most of his career. He has taken this experience to the Climate-KIC in the hope that we will be able to create an entire generation of world class climate change innovators and entrepreneurs.
