Professor Hilary Rose and Professor Steven Rose begin their first series of lectures as joint Gresham Professors of Physic by attempting to clarify what is and what is not genetics and will pick up a number of current concerns, from Dolly and cloning (so why sex?) to designer babies and designer tomatoes, as a 'taster' for the topics to be covered in the rest of the series.
