Dr Caroline Elton is a chartered psychologist with dual registration in occupational and counselling psychology. She combines academic training (undergraduate degree at Oxford University; PhD from the Department of Academic Psychiatry, UCL School of Medicine), with an insightful approach to career support and the training of medical staff.
