Professor Michael Young
Professor Michael Young is Emeritus Professor of Education at the UCL Institute of Education. He is the author/editor of eight books, which include: Bringing Knowledge Back In, Knowledge Expertise and the Professions and Curriculum and the Specialisation of Knowledge. His primary research and policy interests are in school (post-compulsory) university and professional curricula, and the application of sociological analysis to the issues that curricula give rise to.
