Toby Coupe

Toby is ranked as a leading junior by both Chambers UK and the Legal 500. He is instructed on behalf of Claimants and Defendants in equal measure, in high value personal injury litigation, which generally arises out of accidents on the road, at work and in public places. Increasingly, the majority of his work involves individuals who have sustained traumatic brain or spinal cord injuries.

In 2018, Toby was appointed Junior Counsel to the Crown. He is the secretary of the Henry Scott Fund on the North Eastern Circuit and during 2020/2021 has been participating in the inaugural Bar Council Leadership Programme.
