Patrick Philpott

Patrick is the founder and CEO of Visionpath, an award-winning early talent specialist on a mission to make early careers more equal.

He launched the business in 2009 aged 18, driven by his experience coming from a low-income, working-class background and seeing how this can limit opportunity. Recognising employers were missing out on high potential talent, he founded Visionpath to help companies reach, recruit and retain diverse school leavers and drive change on social mobility. They have now worked with 50,000 young people and clients including Berenberg, Howden, Mars and Ofcom, and since 2023 have partnered with London Market Group to make specialty insurance a destination career for diverse young people.
