Derek Sweeting QC

Derek is a Bencher of Middle Temple. He chaired the Legal Services Committee of the Bar Council, was Vice Chair of the Bar in 2020 and is Chair in 2021.

His practice is focused on contentious civil litigation, and advisory work in the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court as well as arbitration.
