    The Prevention of Cancer

    Different cancers offer differing hopes of prevention; from cervical or lung cancer (which are completely or largely preventable), to prostate cancer (for which there is no current strategy). What can be done, and what does the future hold?

    An explanation of the heartbeat and how the rhythm is generated. With the help of a percussionist (Nick Buxton of La Shark), he will demonstrate the evocation of those emotions, and what happens when the rhythm of the heart goes awry.
