'Lullay, Lullay, La, Lullay' - A Reading of an Authentic Medieval Carol

Professor Page reads the lyrics of an English Lullaby Carol, which recounts a tale of Jesus Christ as a baby on his mother’s lap asking what will happen to him. A fascinating example of medieval spiritualism and how the English Language has changed. This is an extract from the lecture 'Medieval Music: To Sing and Dance' by Professor Christopher Page.
