Kicking off the New Academic Year

We were delighted to welcome Professors, friends and supporters to Gresham last night for a look at the year ahead.

Provost Martin Elliott introduced the new academic program of over 100 lectures beginning next week with a look at the Hubble Telescope and the ‘psychedelic era’ of the Beatles

The program also includes explorations of the maths of the brain, human behaviour in  finance, the history of computing, Modern Paganism and showstopping songs from musical theatre.

Professor Elliott said: "This is a fantastic range of lectures which continues the tradition of Gresham College in terms of academic excellence, high quality presenters, social relevance and intellectual eclecticism.

"We are incredibly privileged to have such incredible professors and guest speakers .

"We hope you will enjoy watching the lectures wherever you watch them."
