• Invite thoughtful minds – aim to include people who enjoy deep thinking and discussion. 
• Ensure reliable tech – a good internet connection and working equipment are essential. 
• Choose a comfortable venue – a warm, welcoming room makes all the difference. 
• Don’t forget the refreshments – tea, coffee and biscuits add to the social atmosphere.
