Siman Gill

Siman Gill has 20 years’ experience across Banking and Reinsurance and currently runs the Office of the CFO at AXA XL Reinsurance. Based in Zürich, she acts as a strategic partner, leading cross-functional projects and managing high-priority initiatives to support the finance agenda and senior leadership. Previously, Siman held senior roles at Swiss Re, prioritising sales management, driving transformation projects and leading governance submissions across the business. She has also worked at UBS and Barclays in a range of finance and business partnering positions, supporting senior management and facilitating large-scale financial planning and analytics.

 Siman studied Geography at King’s College London, and holds a Masters in International Politics and Europe from the University of Warwick. She is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA, CGMA).
